从harbor中批量导出镜像tag列表

背景说明

一些场景需要获取镜像tag列表（比如：批量导出镜像时）

生成默认配置文件

[root@localhost ~]# easyctl export harbor-image-list

修改配置文件

vi config.yaml

harbor-repo:
  schema: http                      # 不可修改（暂不支持https harbor）
